About 267-518-3624

Thank you for being here and taking a step towards finding help.  Counseling is fundamentally about forming a healing relationship and so I place great emphasis on listening well and fostering an environment where you feel safe and cared for.  I am a certified sex recovery therapist through the American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy and have completed advanced training in an approach called Lifespan Integration, which is a gentle, body based approach to resolving trauma and wounds from the past.  It is also important to me to incorporate spirituality for those who are interested, as I believe prayer and encounter with God are the deepest pathways to healing and change.  I look forward to meeting!
