We share part of the human experience and I want to hear your story and help with whatever challenges you are facing. In our work, you can expect me to ask thought-provoking questions, develop an understanding of the problems you are facing, and help you work through those challenges and move toward a place you want to be in your life.

 

I take a unique approach to helping you reach your goals and I fully believe that therapy is a collaborative process - your success is my success. My focus in on you and your progress in therapy. I have training in short-term psychodynamic, humanistic/client-centered, and existential therapy models. My approach is that it is you and I working collaboratively to fix the problem you are struggling with, and throughout the process I stay non-judgemental and unbiased. I have a particular interest in working with people who are struggling to find their place in life, dealing with difficult situations, and making decisions. I also have an interest in men's issues in counselling.
