Let's chat! I provide down to earth and exploratory therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I value the therapeutic relationship deeply and believe that together we can explore new patterns of behavior and communication. My goal is to assist clients in finding their inner strength so they are able to enjoy a more satisfying and balanced life. Together we will seek to understand what is making you “stuck” and the challenges you are facing. I understand the decision to seek therapy may be a difficult and scary one. We will work together so you are comfortable with how things are going every step of the way. I am warm, supportive, and accepting, but active and direct. My aim is to assist my clients clarify and achieve their goals through listening, exploring, and conversation. I am dedicated to providing high quality counseling within a safe, caring, and nonjudgemental environment. I am a positive and realistic person who focuses on my clients strengths in order to assist them in overcoming obstacles and accomplishing their goals.
