About
Therapy is a worthwhile investment in yourself.
I know it may be tough to ask for help and that the twists and turns of life can be overwhelming. I am here to help you move in the direction you want, to help you heal, to provide you hope.
If you're unsure if therapy is right for you, I get it! It may be different than what you are used to. However, trying is the first step to knowing. I am here to give you a non-judgmental, safe, warm space for you to express your feelings. In my therapy sessions, I like to focus on the emotions you're experiencing and to help you understand them while challenging you to get to a better spot.
About Me: I have been working as a therapist for 13 years with training in Motivational Interviewing, Safe Zone Training, CBT, DBT, couples and family therapy. What does that all mean though? It boils down to this: I have always had a passion for helping others to cope with their emotions and try to sort out the chaos and beauty that is life.
Here is what you can expect: You do not need an appointment to send me a message. I will respond at least 1-2 times per day (5 days/wk). If you go a few days without writing, I may just check in to see how things are going. Whether it's depression, anxiety, stress, or maybe you don't even know what to call it, I'm here to chat.
Daily Chat: I am usually available 5 out of 7 days per week (that may be either during the week or over the weekend). Depending on schedules, I will try my hardest to accommodate your needs. Feel free to write to me anytime!
I'm glad you're here to invest in you.

Amazing. Love her
Helped me get to someone who can help me
Jennie has been a tremendous help on my healing journey through anxiety and depression. She's very kind and thoughtful in her responses, creates a comfortable space for an open dialogue, and always asks the best questions. I'm grateful for the support and valuable insight Jennie has gifted me during therapy with her. I'll definitely seek out her counseling as needed in the future.
