if possible, be straight with them, constructively criticise them- e.g let them know a better way to treat people. if its your boss, you are still entitled to fair treatment, if its classmates/colleagues, im sure teachers/bosses will give a compromise......

Well in a work place, you are always gonna find people u hate working with. No matter what just keep doing what u need to do and just learn to always be civil with them and get the job done and work together. If things do get worse I would talk to ur boss about it
