Working with bullies - How can I deal with not liking the people I work with?

If your in a company with bullies.. i had this problem once and you should ALWAYS talk to the manger about it, also don't fight back.. they want a reaction, just ignore them!

For me personally, I would find out why I don't like them, and take it from there, if it's their attitude that bothers me, then I would try find the other side of them.

If it's not possible or practical to change jobs, thereby cutting these negative people out of your life, then one way you can deal with this is by trying to understand the bullies themselves. Oftentimes they are taking out their own hurts on others, and if you can help them, you become their benefactor instead of their victim. You empower yourself, and in the process fix the problem instead of avoiding it. Of course, this depends on the situation.

Working with people you do not like is not easy, but is more easy to deal with it if you treat them rigth. It can be difficult at first, but you will know that you are doing the right thing and in the long run they will see them too.

U can request 4 a transfer2 another department, talk 2 the person and see what can be the about the issue you have with them, or look4 another job while working your current job.

speak to a manager, nobody has to deal with bullies in a work place. speak out and be proud of who you are

Try to understand why they do such actions, you might be surprised to find there is an answer to all bullying.

Recognizing that bullies usually have something in there own life that they are unhappy with, and recognizing we will not like everyone we work with.

This is normal in the workforce you have to work with people with different personalities and work ethnics, but think of it as experience and being tolerant and accepting of other people, and if it really bothers you try talking to them or your supervisor
