There could be many reasons for this. Change of management, bigger or different work load, lack of progression, relationships with coworkers or feeling undervalued. You may simply be bored of the job and feel as of you need to move on to something different.

Sometimes we can lose interest, motivation in things we used to enjoy. Often this can be caused by emotions and feeling that we are going through. Sometimes we need to talk about how we are feeling in order to start enjoying these things again

You may be experiencing the negative effects of the people who are around you, or you don't feel like your time is being used the best way it can be. You could have grown out of the job, or perhaps found that it did not turn out the way you had thought it would.

It could be because of one bad experience that now makes you think negatively about everything you do at work. Try and figure out what that one thing was/is and see if you can make yourself enjoy it or even try to cut that part out completely
