One thing that may be helpful is to change your verbiage, and therefor your mindset. Maybe instead of saying "I have go to work now" is simply to say "I'm going to go to work now". Saying "have to go" implies that you have no choice in the matter. But we all have choices, everyday. No one is forcing you today, you are choosing to go to work and you are choosing to work there. Sometimes setting out your clothing the night before can help, packing your lunch if need be the night before, and setting everything that is needed to accomplish the task of going to work is set right in front of your front door. Setting your alarm maybe 15 minutes earlier could be beneficial as well. This way you might not be so rushed, frazzled, maybe have a little "me" time in there before you head out to start your day!
