Start back with the basics. Ask someone you trust to look over your resume and cover letter. Having another eye on it can be helpful. Be sure that you are applying for jobs that you are qualified for. Getting a job does not always mean it is your dream job. Often times jobs can lead to other opportunities in the future.

First of all don't feel bad about it, you can't get it because you have to work hard to get that job, not because you don't deserve it, first start planning your work, improve your knowledge and then try to find suitable job offers again after that process.

If you haven't been able to find a job it's important to avoid negative and self-defeating thinking. For example, because you haven't been able to find a job that doesn't mean you can't find a job, it means you haven't found a job yet. If you have skills which are in demand in the town or city where you live, and you keep applying for jobs for which you are qualified, you will eventually find one!
