Making sure you are getting plenty of sleep, if not then you should work less. You will run out of energy really fast if you are over working.

Having a good, planned out self care routine is really important and can help combat overworking. I find that etching out a healthy sleep hygiene routine where I allocate time to no screens/work and give my mind the proper space and time to unwind helps with this. Also, scheduling time to rest and play and sticking to it really helps to ensure that you are not overworking yourself. Being mindful of how you are feeling in your mind and body helps to gauge when you need a break... listen to your physiological cues, when you feel fatigued or cant concentrate- TAKE A BREAK! :)
