If it’s something that is causing real issue, you could report it to HR or managers. Harassment is serious, even in cases where it isn’t just physical. When I had an experience where I was being verbally harassed, I did my best to set a boundary with the person causing the issue, and then reported it to the managers / owners. If no action is taken, it may be something you can take legal action with, but i found it best to remove myself from the situation. It was not worth staying at the job and putting up with the treatment. Wish you the best! ❤️

Employees should notify their employer if they feel that they have been discriminated against or harassed. Employees can review their employee handbooks to determine who they should contact within the company. Often, employees can report the conduct directly to their supervisor, but other times, and in particular where the harasser is the supervisor, employees should report the conduct to Human Resources or an equivalent department. An employee may also report the harassment directly to a government agency. Avoid being alone with the harasser. Make sure you are always around other people who can witness the harasser's behavior.
