I think the best would be to also leave personal life at home and not take it to work - that way you stay concentrated at work and get your stuff done, so you don't have to do it at home! Also I would always make sure, that everything is done when I get, so you might rather stay at work longer and be free when you finally get home, than to keep working at home.

Don't go directly back at home, go to a park or drive/walk around for 15/30 mins to get your mind off things and relax.

use the commute home as your work detox time. Listen to music, sing along, just do things to get you out of the work element. I like to go to Mc. D's and get a large Mocha Frapp. This drink takes me to a calm place and i just focus on drinking that drink...
Another thing you can do is write down all your thoughts, worries, and anything related to work on a piece of paper. It doesn't have to be neat. When you're done getting all the thoughts and feelings out of your day on the paper, throw it away.

Leaving work at work is hard and challenging. I believe in having a hobby that is opposite of what you do for work. This way, when you get home you can begin the activity or hobby and immediately take your mind off the work day. I think when people get home and begin discussing their day with their family or friends, they remain connected to their job and that day.

Do exactly that. When you leave work, leave the paperwork, messages, and anything associated with your job there. Take no calls from clients or customers after hours. Set yourself free, so you can enjoy your life before it passes you by.

Create an exercise that causes you to calm down and relax after work. Like jamming to music or thinking about something else other than whats going on at work

Actually it depends on why u bring work to home. If u do it because u feel like u dont have enough time to finish it, u should re-evaluate your values- is your work more inportant or your personal life.
If u bring work home beacause u dont have anything better to do, then u should pick up a new hobby or just distract yourself with other things.
