Creating motivation. Because many things that we desire in life are not hardwired enough to make us do everything possible to get them. Unlike resorting to comfort zone, it may take a great motivation to become committed to going regularly to gym for achieving a desired shape or health benefit, and whatever we have beyond it. So chances are if you put yourself in a motivating environment like joining a supportive fitness online forum or outside group, it will switch on your motivation. Also, setting a small goal about which you're motivated already can make you achieve it before you become motivated to achieve more of it. E.g. if you're shy and like to become very sociable, sometimes you're already motivated to experiment with small things like joining a public speaking club or something and see if you're enjoy it. If you do, chances are it will take you further in the bath of becoming the sociable person you always desired. In the gym example, I would set my goal as gaining a little more muscles and improving my stamina a little bit. Once I start enjoying my new body, I'll get motivated to improve it more to enjoy it more.

Plan in advance: make plan the day before of the things you want to accomplish. Write a list with the specifics. Put the list where you will see it.
Make positive affirmations: tell yourself some like " I will accomplish my daily goals "
Rewards: Reward yourself for all the things you check off the list
Remember: It's about progress not perfection. Change can be a slow process so don't be to hard on yourself. Take it in stride and focus on the good. Learn from the days that are not successful. What happened? What can I do different tomorrow to avoid the same outcome?

It’s ok too procrastinate at times, especially if you have a very busy life. Also when you are not feeling good that day. As long as you have managed to achieve 1 goal in your day, if that’s get up,eat a meal, house work etc whatever. Then you can relax and chill out for as long as you feel. Don’t be so harsh on you as I’m sure you are doing amazing. Don’t feel like you have to keep busy constantly as you are allowed time off. But if you don’t like not having a busy life, try a hobby you enjoy, it’s fun and gives you some good you time.
