What are some strategies I can use to become less stressed and more pumped up/excited before I leave for work?

That's kind of hard. We all have a negative response to Monday mornings, unless we have a cool job. However, feeling energetic is possible with a balanced diet and exercise. Eat well and don't starve out (seriously, DON'T). You could try doing yoga or take a walk in the morning because heavy exercise would wear you out.
