Whether you quit your job right now or not is entirely up to you. Only you can decide this, and of course depending on how old you are and what your living and financial situation is, you may find that your answer will greatly depend on that.
The important thing is, to try and focus on whatever is most important to you right now, and only on as many things as you feel that you can manage at one time.
Some people are great at managing many things, and they thrive off stress. Other people can't even do the bare minimum - they suffer, they struggle, they fight it and they fail.
You've got to decide what kind of person you are, and work out a plan that is going to work for you.

Maybe, there are a few factors you need to think about here. Obviously, if you need the job you shouldn't quit unless you can easily find a new one that pays the same that is less stressful. You could also think about how you could make your current job less stressful. Maybe you can do fewer hours, maybe you can talk to your boss about it. It really depends on your relationship with your work. I quit my job a while ago and honestly it didn't do much, I am a student as well. Maybe there is something in your personal or school life you can work on to allow for you to keep your job and maintain a good stress level. Good luck!
