Take it as an opportunity to grow! Reflect back on what you think went well in the interview and what could use improvement. Use the rejection as a learning curve, rather than a setback. Think about what the interviewer said about your responses and how the interview felt.
You can only learn by doing, so do not be discouraged of the possibility of failures. It might feel disheartening for a while and sting, but ultimately, you can choose to see the potential of the interview. Next time around, you'll be stronger and more prepared. Keep up the hard work and hustle!

Take this rejection as a learning opportunity. Work on your weaknesses, So that, you will be ready when next opportunity comes along. Sometimes employer are looking for something else. It's not always about how much a candidate knows, believe me field knowledge just makes up the 60% of the selection criteria. Peoples are mostly looking for the candidates whom they can trust and the one who can easily adjust in the their team. Yes, technical knowledge does matter but candidate personality does have a lot to say about their attitude towards different organizations norms. Focus on your strengths.

When I was a teen, I applied for tons of jobs, but I ended up getting rejected or never hearing back from all of them. It really hurt me in the moment, but the best thing to do is realize that it's hard for any teen, not just you, to get a job. Unless it's something like babysitting or mowing lawns, both very difficult jobs to do now during COVID, people simply want university students or adults. You're doing so much just by applying to jobs as a teenager and there are some ways to make money online. For example, you can take surveys for money.
