Maybe you need to change something in your life. Perhaps a change in attitude or perspective, present yourself as an individual and be unique. You need to stand out from the crowd. Be charming, humble, positive, passionate and hard working. They don't only look for good skills but a brilliant personality. Present yourself well with respect and they'll respect you.

Oh, that must be a tough situation to be in. I would feel extremely bad if I were to face with something like that....Is there anything you would want go back and change? I mean like something you think might have changed the interviews to go in your favor. Was there any specific part of those interviews, which you think you could have done better?

Doing interviews even if you do not get the job is a good progress path in my opinion, it shows that you are trying your best. Practice makes perfect so the more you practice the more you are moving towards a successful interview. Perhaps the best way not to be negative is to concentrate on the things that you can learn from past interviews as with other experiences in life. When you are feeling mentally up to it, you can breakdown the interview and analyse what worked, what you need to improve, what didn't work, do you need to get/learn additional skills? Personally I feel giving interviews helps to make you feel more comfortable talking to people in the future, so that is a plus, what do you think?

Websites like Shutterstock, Pond5, iStock/Getty Images, and Fotolia pay me for my still pictures or stock footage (short video clips). Personally, I am working by selling photos with all the beautiful things that we have around us and I do it with my professional camera. Each company has specific guidelines. But in general, they look for quality photos that are generic and seasonal. All I want to say is that each of us can earn money very easily.
