Look into what options are available to you: improving your current position, moving somewhere else within the company, changing companies to something similar, changing to an entirely different field, etc. Find your preferred balance between happiness and practicality, but try to make sure you've done your research and are as honest as possible. I say this last part because I've found my work negativity can cloud my judgement when evaluating staying or leaving. Best of luck!

I would suggest to someone, if you are working only for yourself, so just quit. But if you are working for your family, then always take a another job in stand by.

If you hate your job, you don't have to stay. Do what makes you happy. Staying in a job you don't enjoy, won't benefit you in the long run. However, if you have bills to pay, it may be best to stay until you find something that suits you.

Take some time to make sure that it is truly your job that you don't like. Sometimes even the best jobs have down time where they don't seem as interesting anymore. If you take some time to see how you really feel about your job and realize that you still don't like it, make sure you have a back up plan. If you plan on taking some time off, save up money and set a time to quit. If you are planning on going into a new job, keep an eye out for jobs that interest you. Remember that no job is without it's challenges.

You should still; do it while you are looking for a better job. No use loosing the income without anyway to replace it!

If you are financially stable then yes, quit. Don't waste your time being unhappy. If you're not stable then you must persevere through until you are. Basics such as food and shelter should be prioritized, then comes emotional.

Personally, I believe that there's no point in working somewhere if you're not happy with it! However, I think it would be sensible to have a look around first, to see what else is available to you, do some research, and perhaps don't leave your current job until you have another one lined up, just in case anything should happen! I wish you the best of luck. :)
