That's always a hard question! It may be wise to keep at your job for now, but also start looking into your other options - what interests you, what requirements are necessary for a new job, what kind of support you will have. A pros and cons list can really come in handy for a situation like this!

If another job would make you happier to work at then that would be wise, with that said the other option which I wouldn't recommend would be quitting and having no income causing potential debt

Depends, if you don't like doing it then I'd say go for it do whatever makes you happy! But on the other hand if you do make sure you know you will be okay for the time being until you get this new job on the road, financial reasons.

It depends. Do you need it? Yes? Then stay for a while. Can you quit and find something else? Yes? Then quit. Is it harming you emotionally to the point where you can't stand it? Then yes, by all means quit as soon as you can. It's not worth it.
