First, take some time to do self-care. You are experiencing a lot of stress now, and believe it or not, this is a grief work, because you lost something important (or even, a part of your identity). Second, do reflection, why did you lose your job? If it's because of internal factors, then what can you do to improve? If it's external factors, then tell your self, this is not your fault! Third, try to reevaluate your career values and what you wanna do in life. This might be a good time to think about that or to move to other career / work on your passion. Fourth, start applying for new job with fresher mind.

Don't panic. Take a deep breath. Make a list of things you need to prioritize: making a budget, getting help, polishing your resume, applying for new jobs. One thing at a time.

Unless it is certain that you have lost your job, try and talk to your superior to see what seems to be the problem. And if the problem is because of you (and not financial cutbacks) try to change and improve to affirm your place in your workplace. Go the extra-mile and make yourself known… but most of all talk to the person who might fire you and ask how you can improve to show your commitment. Even until your last day, keep trying to do better because even if a job loss is inevitable, you will have a good reference for the next job.

As best you can, acknowledge the situation for what it is, remain calm, and prioritize what you need to do. Examine your options, based on your experience, timeframe, and resources. If you know you will lose your job a few weeks (or more) ahead of time, take action immediately to begin finding new work. Have you applied to job sites like Indeed, CareerFinder, Monster, or LinkedIn? Reach out to prospective employers as soon as possible, and take stock of your resources to determine how long you can reasonably expect to be unemployed without exhausting your savings. If necessary, consider downsizing in other areas of life (e.g. move back in with family to save up some money), but all the while do not neglect your mental health. Resources like career placement agencies and unemployment agencies can assist you for little to no cost, and can be invaluable in your search for new work.
