Step 1: Identify your stressors - everyone has different things that affect their stress levels & knowing what particular issues at your work are causing you stress is the best way you can begin to combat them.
Step 2: Work with yourself, your peers, or bosses to address those stressors - Is it your own poor time management that's causing stress? Create more reasonable production schedules & timetables. Do you feel your boss is unfairly giving you too much work? Talk to him/her about a more comfortable work load.
Step 3: Find your peace - meditate, enjoy activities outside of work, appreciate the positive aspects of your job.

The best way to be less stressed at work is to tell yourself that at the end of the day, when you leave out of that door, work will be gone and done and you can go back to your actual life. We sometimes look at work as our whole life when in reality, it's only a part of our life. If we can just see that then I feel being less stressed at work can be achieved.

Make time to be at work early so you can have time to decompress from your travel. Make sure to check in with yourself, and know your boundaries. Find what causes certain stress and change the situation so that it can be avoided in the future.

One way is to stay organized. Have a planner that shows you what you need to do. If you have a big task ahead, break it in to smaller tasks to avoid overworking yourself. Stay on track with what needs to be done and make sure you spend enough time to do something. Also make sure you leave enough time over before a deadline for any last minute problems that might occur.

Take time for yourself - step outside of the office when you can to refresh your experience and get in touch with how you feel where you don't have any immediate responsibilities. Try to eat lunch outside the office, and recognize when certain people or projects are overwhelming to you. Find a mentor or friend who can talk you through difficult situations.

Everyone experiences stress, and it's not always bad. Without stress you would have no motivation or care for your actions. To be less stressed at work you should start exercising regularly even if you're a lazy nut like me. Talk to an attentive listener, the chances are they're experiencing something similar to you. Healthy eating!!!! Avoid nicotine, and drink alcohol in moderation. Get enough sleep, feeling restless just makes everything feel awful all around. Create a balanced schedule. Do not over-commit yourself, distinguish between shoulds and musts. Get to work earlier in the morning, so you're not running late. Have regular short breaks to clear your mind. Prioritize your tasks, break projects into simple, small steps. Emotional regulation is also a big must in reducing stress. Self-awareness is listening to your gut feeling while making decisions. Self-management is the ability to control your emotions and behaviour to changing circumstances. Social awareness, so you understand and sense the people around you emotions. Relationship management is to connect to others and manage conflict. Resist perfectionism.

I think it is important not to put pressure on yourself. Try to meet deadlines and job requirments but dont add more by your own. Also try to take regular breaks and auto reward yourself on the way.

Plan! Get a planner and write down all of your mandatory tasks as well as personal goals. Check things off as you get them done and you're stress levels will decrease as your life becomes more organized.
Another important thing to do is to really decorate your space. Even if you're tight on finances, try your best to make your work space a place you enjoy. If you're at least happy looking at your space it might improve your overall mood.
Another tip I have is separating your work and living space. Try to dedicate a certain room in your house or section of your room for only work. In doing this, you'll be able to compartmentalize your stress. Even if you're having a terrible work day, once you leave your space you'll hopefully be able to leave your stress there as well.
