Odd question. Define cheated. Stolen? Had a "friend with benefits?" Taken off an hour early without people knowing it? Regardless, it's no on all fronts with me. Live your life with honesty and integrity. It works out better that way. Lies and greed always seem to get people in the end.

I have not, I am passionate about my work. I am a photographer and there is no way I would cheat the system or in my job, If you have to result into cheating in your job because you don't like it, you don't need to have that job and find something you're passionate about.

No I personally haven't, but some people might if they are struggling or feel it is okay to cheat. It is advised against it in case it has repercussions.

It all depends on what you mean by 'cheating.'
If you mean, getting someone else to do your work for you and then taking the credit, then no because that absolutely is not right. Not only will you put yourself in a position where your managers will think that you are capable enough of doing a certain work level that you most likely are not, but you will also not be aware of the content of the work that was submitted.
This puts you in an extremely difficult position, especially when you need help with something and there simply isn't any because.. why would you need it? You're clearly capable of doing x ammount of work, or completing x type of work, so why would you need a day off? You may also be endangering someone else's life - again, depending on the situation. You can also be fired and sued for this, depending on what kind of work you do, and the situation that occurred in the first place.
Also - if your work colleague gets sick of you getting them to do your work for you, they may purposefully sabotage the work submitted to try and get you fired. This is a high possibility, and it does happen in many workplaces, so if in doubt - don't do it.
