This is an extremely difficult situation, and a nearly impossible question to answer. As so much relies on you here, and what you feel, there could be a thousand different answers. But I will try to answer it as best as I can. First of all I would set yourself a goal. Decide how much money you need to earn, and how long you would like to work there for. From the sounds of it, you're saving for something like college funds, roof repair funds, car repair money, extra child support money, or even just to get some savings behind you to move out from your parents. Set your goal, and then work towards it. Every week or month that you've been there, do something nice for yourself so that you have something to look forward to. Secondly, I would make compromises with your money and maybe treat yourself every now and then to make your life easier. But I would ask yourself first what is more important to you - earning money, and being in the job for as little time as possible. Or treating yourself to make your life happier during this time, but working there longer as you spend more of your savings as you go along. Thirdly - definitely something I would recommend, and please leave this as an absolute LAST RESORT - but you could always go for a drink once a week with some work colleagues or friends. If you have a couple of drinks to relax and have a good time, it's not a problem. Just don't drinking yourself stupid everytime and then calling in sick. Not only could you become an alcoholic but you could also lose your job, with no reference and make bad contacts who could impact your ability to find another job.

Continue working at your job. Maybe it is possible to work a little less and do something besides that you can imagine earning money with full-time. It might be a blog or sewing or painting or online-marketing. There are many sources online about financial freedom. You start a study next to it or anything that makes you happy and brings you further to where you actually want to be. You are now working towards a time where you'll do what you enjoy and will have enough money to live. Find things in your current jobs that you do like and that are to your advantage. That could be the smallest thing.
