It's great that you recognize you may have unhealthy eating habits, and I would definitely recommend going to a therapist, doctor, or nutritionist. It's extremely important to put nutritious, wholesome foods into our bodies to live our best life and the easiest way to do that is by building a diet that is sustainable and reasonable. It's completely normal to need help along the way!

Depends. If it's something that is effecting your life for a long time, you feel sick after every time you eat (any type of food) or had food poisoning, you may be admitted to the hospital under direct supervision. If you only feel a discomfort or deal with constipation after consuming food, make sure you revaluate your diet patterns (food to have and those which better to be avoided).

I would advice going to your GP OR calling 111 before going to the hospital about your concern. They will listen to you and decide what the best course of action is.

It's up to you depending on how serious your case is. I would go to a doctor to talk to them about it and see what they think is best for you.

Talk to someone you trust, arrange to consult with a GP and gain a referral from a professional for advice and help to overcome this. In cases of emergency, please go to the hospital if you require it.

Yes please do, as someone who has suffered from an eating disorder, you don't get better on your own. It may be scary but you should get help before you've suffered for so long that your disorder consumes you. Get help before it is too late

I believe that you should seek help for anything you feel like you need guidance in, anything that is troubling you at all. Never fear seeking more support! If you are considering, perhaps it is your answer.

If by unhealthy eating habits, you are referring to a diet of mostly processed and high fat/high sugar foods you should set goals to personally change your eating habits. That would not require a trip to the hospital unless you are having a heart attack as a result of your diet. If you're referring to unhealth eating habits in the sense of an eating disorder, you should go to the hospital if you feel extremely unwell. Otherwise, you should visit your primary care doctor and a psychiatrist to help with your problem.

Sometimes yes. If you are purposefully making yourself not eat or eat a ton or think there is a health concern, you should go to a hospital or clinic. In my experience, my eating disorder started small but grew. If you believe that it could be dangerous or hurting you, then yes.
