learn to focus on the parts of your body that you do like. There is no definition of what a beautiful body should look like, if you feel healthy and have a body that is carrying you through life, then you should feel blessed. Try to look in the mirror and say a good thing about your body eveyday. It can be the smallest thing but learn to compliment yourself and try to feel good about what you see when you look in the mirror. It can be very difficult at first but once you start by the end of it there will be so many parts of your body you appreciate more than ever before.
