I think that you can personally start loving your body by not caring what others think of it. You're the one who has to live with it, and if others don't "approve" then they won't approve of anything in your life.

Try and catch yourself when you are thinking negatively and learn to accept compliments. fake it til you make it, if you act like you have positive self esteem you will start to believe it

Before you can love your body or be happy with your body you need to understand.. 1)Who you are? 2)To be able to love your personality. 3)To be confident in your self. 4)Understand what you want from life and direction you wish to head in or do in life. Do these 4 steps slowly and begin to love who you are and how you look... you in control make small changes how you dress or clothes you wear take pride in your self and be motivated in your self and have a even balance of Positive and negative answer about your self. Remember everyone hate how they look and their body but love your self an d be confident and any thing is possible Everyone goes through this stages and every has someting they like or love about their body and something they dislike or hate about their body. Find one thing that you appreciate about your body. Something unique that no one else has. Maybe it's blue eyes, long legs or dimples. For me personally I always loved the curve in my feet & elegant hands. Start small and take baby steps.

well i can understand the difficulties that come with trying to love yourself however one of the steps is by starting your selfcare journey to where you become more self acceptant for how you are, and realise that actually you don't have to be perfect. What others think isn't that important to what you think. It's not worth it, allowing yourself to put into a state of misery just because others cant be understanding of the fact that you have feelings too, sometimes we really don't have control over how we look, because of conditions, or it could even be to do with metabolism issues, so it really can be anything, being different is what makes us special right? if we all looked the same , that wouldn't be a good thing would it..
