I suggest you to watch movie "whiplash" and you will realize that under stress, people perform well... Stress at school increase your breaking point, because later in life you are going to go through a lot of stresses specially work stress at work place... And if you don't learn to handle stresses now, it will become hard for you later... Take it just as an exercise... For tomorrow..

Fearing the results of our efforts is one of the biggest society driven stresses we have. Good looking enough, big enough, small enough, fast enough, and on that list, grades high enough. The one thing we need to remember is all we can do in life is our best. Leave it all on the table and find pride in that. It's the journey, not the result that should be the center of your focus. Along with that is another one of my top tips; you may give all you have and still be seen by some as failure. It's fine, it's ok. You did your best and those that love you will see that.

Everyone has their own methods of relaxing, and they can vary depending on the personality of the person, degree of stress, and available methods. For myself, I enjoy isolating myself in a calm area and painting or drawing. I don't try to make things look perfect. I don't try to get all "Van Gogh". I just draw. I let go. I play some music, sit in a warm patch of sun, and keep a cup of hot tea nearby. It works every single time. :)

It helps if you can do something like exercise, or chat to friends for a while after school. Thinking about something or doing something to distract yourself is a good tactic.

Being stressed about school can be for a variety of reasons. Sometimes the work load can cause a lot of stress and the thought of exams can too. If this is the case then the best way to deal with it is to ask for additional help from your teacher. Perhaps speaking out about the stress you are experiencing will allow others to help you and to reduce the stress. Break down the issues into small manageable chunks.

No one has the "best way" answer, but I can tell you what works for me. It is really important to be organized with your time. Manage a calendar or a journal can help your, by doing this you can organize a whole week of activities, distributing your duties in different time lapses, and leaving some free hours for recreation. Also it is a great idea to prioritize your duties by the order you prefer: difficulty, time of delivery, time it will take you to do it.

I always found writing a list helpful. It made it clearer what I needed to focus on and what I could let go of. Talking to people about concerns always helps too :-)

When I am feeling overwhelmed about school, I like to practice daily mindfulness exercises as well as making a detailed plan on what to study and when to study it. Making a homework schedule helps a lot with time management!
