I personally have a very hectic school and extracurricular life, as I am trying to get into a highly competitive college. The way I balance it is writing everything down I have to do and breaking it into chunks, so it doesn't seem so overwhelming.

I suggest being present in the activity you are currently doing. By thinking ahead and worrying, you will continue to feel overwhelmed by your tasks. I also suggest maybe creating a timetable, a rough ideas not something you have to stick to, make it flexible and add in some relaxing time. Maybe start with three things each day that you must do and focus on those. I hope this helps a little. I see that you seem to be dealing with a lot and it must be hard. I understand your frustration but maybe, you can try and see the tasks you have to do in a different manner, with more calmness and be aware of what is going on around you.

Timetable+consistency+priority setting=do whatever you want to.I think, i can answer this question because i was that kid in school who was literally everywhere...as i like to say.."i was well all over the place" XD. Now you need to get yourself a timetable wherein i strongly recommend that you fix your sleeping and studying hours. later you can adjust your co curriculars and the hardest part of it is sticking to your routine. it might seem like you can't get everything on day 1. but with consistency you'll be making progress everywhere you wish. also, do not ever ignore sleeping and self care: it's very necessary and it'll save you from a break down in the long run. hope that helps..

It can be hard to balance everything all at once. I found that once I stopped participating in extra curricular solely because I thought it would look good on a resume, that I started to find things easier to balance. I began focusing on the activities that I really enjoyed and it made things that much better. Also, make sure to take time for just yourself once a day or at the very least once a week. Taking time for yourself gives you the opportunity to just breath and relax and forget about everything that you need to do, even if it is for only a few moments.
