What can I do at home? I think people are looking at me. I feel like I purposely make eye contact when my parents look at me my anxiety kicks in my breath gets affected? Is there any thing I can do to change how I react?

I hold my breath for one minute and more. And then keep chanting on my head they're just looking because they have eyes so its gonna be okay. Whatever they see, it just because they have eyes and me too! I will keep my mind on track (like whatever they want it doesnt matter to me) or start greeting them or talking to them even though you just say hi. Try to chat with them with random topic. First, try on your parents. Families and neighbour. Because you already can chat with stranger in this app, this was one first step and slowly you can make it.
