This depends on how you feel about it. For many, they would consider it unhealthy or unusual simply because most are used to having friends and relationships outside of the family circle. Generally, it’s recommended you have at least a couple close friends outside of your relatives, but this is entirely up to you.
For me, I don’t feel a need for more relationships, but being around relatives each day can feel draining and I might often feel lonely. In this case it may be considered unhealthy.
You might ask yourself: How do I feel while spending time with family? Is there anything I am needing or wanting in my life, in terms of general relationships?
