To say something like "Don't care about what others think" would be very easy to say, very difficult to execute. Let's not do that.
I'm gonna go to the second part of your question first i.e, "How do you overcome other people's judgments?", and we'll try to retrace the answer to the first.
I feel the first step is to acknowledge the fact that for anything remotely significant one does, one will be judged and, that judgement is based on people's opinions, and opinions are variables. Hence, no judgement is absolute.
It's actually really easy to pass a judgement, most people who do don't really think about it. So in the majority of cases, judgments are a product of very little assessment. To actually judge when you know a lot is a very difficult task.
Once this is understood, what others think essentially becomes irrelevant because it is understood that it's a product of very little value, and so it should be given.
To the first part now. Once the people-passing-judgement part goes eradicates. Accepting yourself becomes a very easy task because you start seeing yourself like anybody else. Flawed, coarse and beautiful.
Sometimes I hear a voice in my head that tells me negative things like everyone hates me or I should kill myself. What should I do?
