When you find yourself getting anxious, take a moment to focus on your breathing to distract yourself from the anxiousness you feel. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a couple of seconds and release it. Repeat as necessary. If you struggle to maintain eye contact with people, perhaps try looking at the other features of their face instead. This way you don’t feel uncomfortable, but at the same time the person you’re talking to also feels as if they’re being listened to because you’re looking at them. I’m no professional, but I hope this helps even a little bit

Maybe you could try blinking when you're not talking to anyone so that you have your own space to practice it in and you don't have to worry about eye contact. Maybe you can also time your blinking and blink once every minute (or for any other time interval that you prefer). Try doing it about 5 times a day and see how it's working out for you. Based on this, you can fine-tune it to your comfort. Increase/decrease based on what you think is appropriate and adequate for you. You can stop when you think it's become a habit or when it's no longer a cause of concern for you.
