chances are you're thinking too much. you have too much going on and you need to step back for a bit and relax. clear your head with something you enjoy doing. listening to music, yoga, whatever it may be to help you relax.

It's our brain's job to be active! But asking a question like this tends to exacerbate the situation. Instead, we have to have our tools and go-to's to help us calm down when we're feeling internally active. What does that look like for you? Deep breathing always allows us to hit the "reset" button. It allows us to calm our entire central nervous system. Stay with the breath, always!

Just stop everything your doing. Take a moment to just breathe. Breathe in and out. Clear your mind as best as you can. Think if just quiet. Just keep breathing in and out. Then just think of a happy memory that you will never forget
