in night time, you are kind of alone and its all calm. so you start digging up and think and think and think. this disturbs your night sleep. but your body needs it. and so you are finally broken tired which made you to go to sleep at day.

First of all, try not to sleep during the day: in this way you will fall asleep more easily during the night. Try to just relax in the afternoon, like listening to music during a shower/bath, or watching a movie on the bed.

Your body might be so use to NOT getting any sleep at regular times. Your body cannot just stay up forever.so the only other times you can actually sleep is in the day, and that's probably because your body/brain is giving up. This might be a cycle

because your body is exhausted from lack of sleep that it starts to shut down at the wrong time, try and relax before bed ( that may help)
