Well, I sleep with 2 dogs so I know that when they move around it’s natural for my body to wake up if something isn’t steady. Another reason is having to go to the bathroom. When you need to go, you need to go. Your body will naturally wake you up if you cannot hold it in anymore. Another factor could be how you went to bed; stressed, sad, angry, nervous, full of anxiety. Different factors come into play. Someone could be going through something in their life making it nearly impossible to stay asleep. You can also wake up from having a bad dream.
