I wake up at 3am to go on Tumblr. I know, seems like i'm taking this as a joke but i'm not, i promise!. The early dawn is the only time i have to myself; and pictures of memes and cats help me recharge. I wake up to go on Tumblr. So i can start the day happy.

Maybe it is because you're worried about something. Your brain may wake you up in the middle of the night so as to get whatever you have to do, done. Try to think if there's anything that you should do and you haven't done yet. If there isn't, try some relaxation exercises before going to sleep. There's a great variety of those on YouTube, and you can choose the most suitable one.

Many things can make you wake up at 3am. In my personal experience if I am very stressed about school work or a relationship I may wake up in the middle of the night, and not be able to get back to sleep. If I've been inactive that day, or I have not exercised enough that can also cause me to wake up 3am. So many factors can cause you to wake up at 3am.

3 am is an critical houre its said that its the "demonic" time (so mutch used on movies) so it means that you have something close to you it can be good or bad but just dont care that it will go away ^^ (i wll stay anonymously because i dont want to be remembered by thescariest listener)
