There could be many reasons for this.. it could be a good Idea to speak to a health professional, for example your family doctor/GP. They could help you to get down to the root of the problem. A lot of factors for not being able to sleep and waking up in the middle of the night is stress and anxiety. Try to relax yourself before you go to bed. Meditate, listen to very calming music, drink some tea, read a book (boring books help you fall asleep very well ahaha). Also a really good tip to improve sleep is putting of few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow or mixing it into a spray bottle with some water and spraying it around your room. Hope these tips help. xx

You may have a lot on your mind. Maybe something going on with your family or love life or kids. School and work can be very stressful. Small noises can wake you up without you knowing what it was. Also if you previously were on a schedule that required you to wake up early, your body and mind may be adjusted to that time.
