Might be because you supress things, you don't open up and your soul yearns to be expressed. When sleeping your brakes disappear and you talk out loud.

It's possible that you might be having a really intense dream that causes you to do this. If it really bothers you and makes you feel insecure, I'd recommend you seeing a nurse and you could discuss your options and how to deal with it.

You talk in your sleep can be do to an active subconscious. If you have a lot on your mind it can sometimes come out in our sleep if we won't speak it while awake

Talking in your sleep can mean that your not fully asleep or you have a sleeping disorder. It is only a disorder if it occurs almost every day when you go to sleep though
