A lot of times I find that I wake up too early if I'm at a point in my life where I'm experiencing a lot of stress. Say I have a big task that I need to accomplish the next day, or I'm anticipating something that I need to deal with in a certain aspect of my life (i.e. something work-related, family-related, paying a bill or needing to go to an appointment). I feel like my emotions or physiological reactions lead me to wake up early to deal with whatever I need to accomplish or face the task that's been lingering in the back of my mind.

You may be over stressed, or anticipating something for the next morning. It could be from wanting to wake up earlier than you need to be awake, because if you think you need to be awake by a certain time, you can tend to want to wake up before that specific time.

Either there is something wrong or different with your body clock so you wake up too early, (body clock can be impacted by lifestyle habits), you may be dealing with psychological issues that contribute to you waking up earlier than you desire (anxiety, stress), or underlying body function issues.

You are probably waking up too early in the morning due to stress or anxiety in your life. Is there something going on in your life that is causing you stress? Work or relationship related? If you continue waking up too early, and it's something that bothers you, it could be worth it to see a therapist about your sleep related problems. Hang in there, friend!

Waking up naturally is usually your body's way of saying "Okay, I'm rested! Time to start the day!" For some people, this may be after only a few hours of sleep, but for others, it may take up to ten or twelve hours! The average is around eight or nine for young people, but this varies from person to person. Perhaps you are one of the people who only needs a small amount of sleep to function, and this is why you get up so early.
