There are many possibilities. For some it's a 24/7 occurrence while others barely have it. Don't fret, there is a watermelon where your belly use to be. Nausea, heart burn, and the constant need to pee are giant factors in this. Try and take small naps WHENEVER you can. You have a 10 minute break? Nap. Nothing important needs to be done within the next 20 minutes? Nap. It's proven to help.

It might be because of the baby's growth or it might be contractions. Check with your doctor if the pain increases or anything like that.

Remember that when you're pregnant, there are lots of things going on inside your body. Your body is working overtime to protect both you and the baby, so it may be overworked, which could explain why it's difficult for you to sleep. Remember to rest as much as you need, and try to have a couple of relaxed me-time before bed as this will slow your body down and hopefully make it easier for you to sleep.
