You have trouble sleeping when your pregnant due to a number of factors, Main factor there is a living person inside you and when you go to sleep that's when they think I'm awake! Because when you move it lulls them to sleep as and soon as you stop moving they wake up. Then they toss and turn in your belly and keep you up. Another factor is that its very exciting and you may be full of anticipation especially as the due date arrives.

There are seven reasons why you cannot sleep while you are pregnant:
1. You have to pee a lot because the baby in your womb is using your bladder.
2. You take naps too late so you are exhausted at night.
3. You have heartburn from eating spicy food or eating too early before bedtime.
4. You cannot get comfy because of your big belly.
5. The extra weight is blocking your nasal canal so snoring is keeping you awake.
6. Your baby is keeping you awake because he or she cannot sleep at night.
7. Your thinking too much about the baby, delivery, responsibilities, etc is freaking you out.
