Ok, you go to bed at midnight now right? For maybe 4-5 days just try going at 11:30 pm then another 4-5 days try 11:00 pm, I'm sure you get what I mean? If you have a tv in your bedroom what helps me sometimes is setting the sleep timer for 30 min. or so. Good luck, I know insomnia can really suck.
