Often times after you exercise, you'll be full of endorphins and energy. This can show in different people (such as euphoria, hyperactivity, drowsiness or sleepiness, etc.) So if you're having a hard time sleeping after you exercise, it may be a good idea to give yourself a cool down period and allow yourself plenty of time after workouts to wind down so you can fall asleep.
