I have this problem frequently. I feel as if it is the body's way of finding something constant. I feel the need to train myself to get up early even though my body is pulling me back to bed.

try to get on a sleep schedule so your body can get in a routine. try turning off gadgets 1 hr before bed.dont take naps during the day.train your pet to come jump on you in the morning thats what mine does lol

You're probably not getting quality sleep at night. Make sure to go to sleep without having been on your phone for the past hour or so. This can trick your mind into believing that it's still day time. If you have an IPhone, theres an optional feature that changes the phones color at night to help with this. It made a world of difference for me.

Perhaps not getting enough sleep? Everyone needs different amounts of sleep and I've found myself to personally need around 8-8.5 hours when I'd previously been getting 7-7.5 and I would always feel tired. I have friends who sleep 10 hours a day and some who sleep 4-5 hours and both feel fine. It depends on your body. Maybe just let yourself sleep in to whatever time on the weekend and see how many hours feel right.

Sometimes it can be really hard to get up in the morning but You just need a little bit of motivation to get up in the morning. But Just think of getting something like a cup of tea or listening to some music! Therefore your looking forward to something and get out of bed :) If you continue this every day it should become easier to wake up in the morning and get out of bed. It takes something positive to outweigh the negatives and thinking of something that isnt in your room can help you get up in the morning! Hope this helps put!
