Sometimes our daily activities and even our choices in food can affect our sleep! We often don't realize how much caffeine we consume in a day which actually causes and can lead to tired & sluggish ways .... Over time causing each day to be more and more "tiresome" and then in turn keeping us up at night leading to an endless cycle of keeping up each day w even more caffeine and the effects of the caffeine kicking in at night it is imperative to get the rest we need at night! It might be that you are drinking caffeinated drinks late in the day, so your body is unable to process it in time, keeping you awake. Or perhaps you drink too much coffee during the day since you are so tired, and it kicks in late. Another thing to consider is your stress and anxiety levels. Maybe you're finding it hard to turn off your thoughts at night. Maybe you are stressing out about not being able to sleep! In cases like this, it might help to get out of bed for a couple of minutes, read a little bit or drink some water or do some other type of activity that might get your mind off the cycle, and get back to bed afterwards.
