sleeping habits can differ from person to person, but to stay functional throughout the day and healthy in general, 7 to 9 hours of slumber is recommended.
10;45 PM is the optimum sleeping time as people usually need at least 15-20 minutes to fall asleep.

However the best way to tell if you are getting a good amount of sleep, is that you should wake up feeling peaceful and rested and not sleepy, setting a routine before bed is always a good option, and to use the bedroom for sleep purposes only, that way when you enter the bedroom, your body realizes that it is time to sleep.
