I can relate to vivid dreams. When dreams are so real, it is usually all parts of your brain working together. You can be subconcience, and mildly conscience in vivid dreams. Whether you know it or not, your subconciense is with you and you don't even know it. If you have a vivid dream, it could mean that your subconciense is trying to help you through something with the power of dreaming. In my personal experience, I was in Middle School and just got out of a bad friend group. I had no friends to go to. I had a extremely vivid dream, about me having friends with simmaliar interests. I wrote about it, and it has changed my life.

Usually when your dreams feel oddly real, and that you remember them too well, it means you arn't getting a good night's sleep and that during the night you keep waking up to different things, allowing you to remember each part clearly. It's not usually a good thing either. Some reasons why your not getting a good night's sleep are; maybe your on some sort of medication, your room is too warm, you ate too close to bedtime, you went to bed/fell asleep looking at your phone, or your overwhelmed/stressed. However there are different ways to help fix this... .

When your dreams feel so real, I believe it can mean several things. Maybe something is going to happen that you dreamed about. It could be a way of releasing stress. Dreams are a time when your mind wonders. How your mind wonders or where your dreams take you, can provide information on current events in your life. Dreams can bring peace, but also cause anxiety. Thinking over dreams and reflecting on what they could mean, could provide answers to unknown questions in your life. Dreams come and go, but also relay messages.

It depends on exactly what you mean. Do you feel as though you can control your dreams? That would align, possibly, with a term called lucid dreaming. Dreams are generally a cluster of things that you've looked at or experienced in your waking life in symbolic or materialistic form. That's why you will dream about horrible things after watching a horror movie.
If you don't mean lucid dreaming, it could simply mean that your dreams are very vivid and feel realistic, possibly because they're based on real thoughts, emotions or experiences you have in your waking life that are being processed during sleep.

It means you may just be lost in the moment. You have such an emotional and physical connection to your dream that it all feels so real and visceral. I love it when my dreams feel real. They are amazing and full of life and vigor. Something that I do not get much from our pandemic lifestyle. They also seem connected to issues or experiences that I have or have had in my life so they definitely feel more real and relevant to my situation. But at the end of it all, dreams are just dreams, they may or may not have anything to do with how you are actually feeling.

I guess that means the dream may reflect some part of your reality. If you remember the dream, I recommend you should get ready for what may happen in the future. If you don't remember the dream, I recommend you should think about your future. Even if the dream don't come true, that helps you. Also, I guess thinking about the dream makes you feel relaxed. It seems that it's common you have a dream like a reality. I guess that doesn't always mean that something bad will happen to you. You don't have to worry about that. If you feel uncomfortable about the dream, you can talk about it with listeners.

It is pretty normal but usually it would be your brain processing some things you have been through or that you have been thinking about. There are definitely times where it can seem like these dreams have come to life and while that is scary and sometimes very weird, if you are spiritual this could have many different meanings. In short it does not have to mean anything when your dreams feel super real, it could just be as simple as you being really involved in that dream and it just being super vivid which makes it seem real.

I’m not really sure what it can mean but I certainly can relate. Dreams often happen after about 30 minutes of sleep, or after the REM cycle. Dreams are produced from the mind and the mind is the powerhouse to our 5 senses. Hearing, Sight, Smell, Taste, and Touch. Dreams feel so real because our our brain is constantly at work sending out signals to our bodies while we are in “Sleep Modeâ€. And this may cause us to feel, see, hear, taste, and smell things that aren’t real. I know it sounds scary but just know that it’s all in your mind and that it can’t hurt you. Hopefully I helped a bit.

It means when your dreams feel so real that you are achieving what you want to achieve and that you don't feel empty inside, you have a feel that something else is more than what you felt before. When you dreams feel real you feel more alive and that something else in you is sparking inside of you or when you have something you have always wanted to do. Of course, not everyone has the same dreams but everyone dreams are different that everyone else has something else they want to do but when you feel your dreams are real, you know you are living life.
