It can mean many things when your dreams feel so real. Some people always have very vivid dreams. Some people dream in black and white and others in intense colour. It is also possible to experience all 5 of our waking senses in dreams. For example, some people can smell, feel and hear things in their dreams as well as experience visuals.
It is not always something to worry about or seek help unless it is bothering you. It may be bothering you if you find it difficult to tell the difference between your dreams and real life. In that case, it might be advisable to seek professional advice.

that you should strive for better or for worse. I personally don't know if it was a good dream or a bad dream but if it was a good one then that might be a bad one then you should try to be a better self of yourself. I believe in you and if it comes from a dream then I must have come here for a reason. I believe that everything comes for a reason and you should too. I hope everything that goes in your life comes in a positive way. hope everything goes well throughout the day and spread positivity

Dreams are similar to real life. Some days you are very aware of your surroundings and other days you can’t seem to shake brain fog, and notice very little.
Dreams have varying degrees of consciousness. It is quite normal for dreams to fluctuate in lucidity.
Some people even use techniques to increase the vividness of their dreams. With practice, it is possible to gain full lucidity within your dream. That is why, not surprising, it goes by the term “lucid dreamingâ€.
While lucid within your dream, you are able to interact with the dreamscape and change it at will. If you are interested, a quick google search of “lucid dream techniques†will explain everything.

Well, according to the activation-synthesis hypothesis, dreams are nothing but your brain randomly triggering random parts of your brain to check them. This would mean that you can't make much sense out of a dream as they are a random assortment of memories, senses and imagination. From a scientific point of view, you really won't amount a dream for much. If you dream, though, you can say that you got a good sleep, as you only dream during REM, which is when you have had 8 or more hours of sleep. A dream should feel real if you remember it after your sleep, but it shouldn't account for much.

Dreams feel so real because they are a simulation. When you are on drugs or having a hallucination, you have a reality to compare your experience to. By contrast, when you are sleeping no such alternative exists. Only about one in 20 times do we catch ourselves dreaming and start lucid dreaming. “spot the bizarreness of our dreams when you’re asleep could have been selected for by evolutionâ€. This is because dreaming could have evolved as a form of threat simulation and that in order to “practise what it’s like being in the world while asleep - you have to believe that the simulation is realâ€

Dreams that feel so real is when you can feel all the positive energy around you. You feel like your dream is a reality and that it's happening right there and right now. You feel like it's a reality. It can definitely be scary, intense, mysterious, or strange. But it can also be helpful, realistic, happy, peaceful, or just amazing. But they might be because your brain couldn't comprehend some thoughts when you were awake. This might be why your dreams feel so real. But a lot of the times, it's just coincidence. All you can do is let go and relax.

It can be very intense! It depends if it is a good dream or not! Sometimes it can be amazing to feel something to real that's positive. However when it's bad it can be very scary at times. When it's positive I adore it because it can be something that I am wanting to happen or an experience that I want to feel, which can be very positive at times. But when it isn't as positive it's scary and I sometimes will need reassurance from a loved one that it was just a dream and it isn't a reality.

It’s called either lucid dream or vivid dream. Both are when you seem to dream in such a realistic way. When you experience Lucid dreaming, you can control your dreams as your subconscious-self. When you experience a Vivid dream on the other hand is a dream that you remember the feelings, events and everything. It feels as though you lived it, which sometimes can be difficult to know wether it was a dream or real life. Sometimes when dreams feel real it’s because your subconscious is trying to get a message across or you've been concentrating on certain things more than others.

I think it can mean several things. I think it could certainly mean you are thinking about things in your life subconsciously that may be worrying you or you're looking forward to. I think dreams that feel real are ones that you hope are going to happen, or are thinking of all the situations and consequences of events if you act a certain way. At the same time, dreams that feel real may indicate that you have unresolved issues that you thought you may be over, but secretly aren't. On a less interesting note, dreams that feel real could mean you simply were in a light sleep cycle and got some very vivid dreams.
