What do you do as part of your wind down routine each night? Developing a bedtime/wind down routine can be very helpful. Try to keep the routine as consistent as possible and start it at the same time every night. If possible, avoid screen time close to this routine - it can keep our brains awake even longer! As part of this routine, make it a goal to write down 3 or more positive qualities you have, or positive things you did during that day. This can be tricky at first, but the more frequently we shift our focus to positive thoughts, the easier this becomes.
