Is it normal for me to wake up every few hours ,Is it normal to have such a disturbed and erratic sleep schedule like I do?

It is possible that this could be normal, but this seems more abnormal than normal. Erratic sleep schedules can occur if you are an insomniac, but they also can occur because of stress. At times when I feel really stressed or overwhelmed about something, I find it hard to fall asleep at night and to stay asleep. Try and think about what could possibly be stressing you at. Then once you find a possible reason for your stress, try and control the stress. Also, meditating before going to sleep can help clear your mind and making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.
